本案位于龙华新城中心地区,是福田中心区发展的后背用地。扮演着代言城市未来的重要角色,致力于打造服务未来城市的高端客户群体的企业形象。
The TIARA Sales Center, located in longhua central area, is backup earth for futian district, which plays important role for the city in future, and is dedicated to provide the service for the enterprise images of high-end clients.
由于本次设计的定位是“服务未来城市的高端客户群体”,于是设计师给本次设计的关键词定位便是“简约”、“绿色、与“未来”。
“Providing the service for the high -end clients in future city”, as the design positioning, designers use the keyword “The Simple, Green and Future”
在天颂销售中心的接待大堂位置,设计师采用大面积的米黄色长条纹云石作为地板的铺装,同时配合大面积的竹色木饰面作为立面铺装,最后再采用立面延伸到天花的格栅作为装饰设计,使得身处其间的使用者仿佛置身于竹林之间,在钢铁混凝土的城市之中,也能享有竹林穿行的使用体验。而正立面则采用大面积的玻璃幕墙设计,给大堂提供了足够的光照,让我们想象一下,在一个清风和煦的下午,柔和的自然光线穿过玻璃,散落在暖色调的铺装之上,这将是一种何等的温馨和恬静,仿佛是给这喧闹的城市提供了一抹淡雅的清新。
For the reception in the lobby of TIARA, designers use the marble on the floor and bamboo color on the wall as decoration, coupled with grille extending to the roof, which makes everyone as if place oneself in the forest and enjoy the different experience In such city with steel and concrete. The large glass wall in the front provides enough light for the lobby. Let us imagine, in a cool breeze sunny afternoon, a soft natural light is scattered on the pavement through the glass, which creates a pure and fresh elegance in such noisy city.
通过观光电梯,来到通往销售内厅的通道之上。映入眼帘的,便是光洁的米黄色云石地板铺装以及接近玻璃质感的黑色云石包柱,同时,设计师巧妙的将照明灯带布置于鹅黄色的云石饰面之内,再将其镶嵌在包柱之上,使得云石与包柱形成一种独特的对比,而包柱整体又与地面和天花再形成了一次深浅的色调对比,层层对比之下,既给穿行其间的使用者提供了足够的体验乐趣,又增添原本乏味空间的层次感,使得原本简单的空间极具未来感和探索感。
The bright and clean beige marble floor and black marble pillar are presented, when arriving at the sales center through elevator. As well, the lights are inlaid by designers cleverly, which are inlaid in the pillar again and create great contrast. Such contrast provides pleasure and fun for the ones whose visit here, and takes the sense of exploration and future.
穿过走道,便来到了销售中心的核心区域,暨销售中心的商业洽谈区。在这一区域,设计师采用了软硬装混合的方式,分别提供了两种不同的商业洽谈空间。进去其中,首先接触到的是皮质沙发组合而成的开放式洽谈空间,皮质的圆形沙发,既给使用者提供了足够的舒适度,同时也呼应了“简约”与“未来”这两大设计主题,可谓环环相扣,处处呼应。而继续前行,则可以看到由圆形围桌组成另外一个商业洽谈区。区别于刚刚提到的开放式空间,这一区域采用的主要色调则以黑色为主,接近玻璃的反光材质和黑色的色调,给予了使用者以高贵稳重的视觉感受和使用体验。同时,围桌的设计形式也给予了使用者以一定的私密空间和安全感,由此也可以看出设计师对于这一区域的理解之透彻以及对客户使用感受之上这一设计理念的贯彻如一。
The negotiation area, as well the sales center, is located in the central of TIARA at the end of aisle. In this area, the designers integrate the interior design with the decoration, and create two different business spaces. The leathery sofas are set in the open space, which provide the comfort for the visitors, additionally, reflect the theme “Simple” and “Future”. The other negotiation area, which is nearby it, is made up by tables and decorated in black colors. The glass, reflective materials, and the black provide the elegant and stable visual perception and trying experience for the users. The tables which form a separate area, also make a sense of privacy and security, which could send the message that designer for this area to understand how to take advantage of this area thoroughly and consider the clients’ feelings first.
除此之外,设计师考虑到甲方公司是一家香港的企业。为了贴合甲方公司处于沿海城市这一企业背景,设计师在天花的设计上也是匠心独运。大量的采用了仿水纹式的波浪型格栅。空间曲线的大量运用除了提供空间的未来感和国际范之外,还同时提供了海浪的空间意向和视觉传达,使人行走其间,如同行走于海浪之下,极具体验趣味和视觉享受。
Besides, the developer is from HK and located nearby the sea, the designers add some special decoration on the ceiling, grilling which looks waterline. The curved line not only takes the sense of future and the international, but also creates the extremely fun and visual enjoy, that seem to be in the sea waves.
